This warranty statement is valid for All LED lights manufactured by OPUS.

OPUS product has 3 or 5 years warranty from the date of shipment from  factory, product failure within this period which are related to defective material and/or workmanship will be repaired or completely replaced free of charge to customer.

Excluded from warranty claims is the normal degradation of LED light output over time. Damage of the products through inappropriate or negligent handling can not be claimed under warranty conditions. Freight, handling, insurance charges for sending defective products back to OPUS must be paid by customers, while freight, handling, insurance charges for sending the repaired/replaced product back to customer will be paid by OPUS.

Products sending back request must be confirmed by OPUS before shipment, customer must prepare corresponding documents (for China customs clearance use) under OPUS guidance. OPUS has the right to reject any unconfirmed product-return.

OPUS will not be liable for incidental or consequential losses or damages to any nature, including but not limited to lost profits or commercial loss, to the fullest extent that those losses or damages can be disclaimed by law.
